For context, my formal education is at the high-school equivalency (GED) level. I’m not a scholar, professional, or certified expert. What I do bring is curiosity, lived experience, and a working understanding of how credible research is conducted — including how to distinguish solid expert work from misinformation, hype, or conspiracy noise. Think of me less as a lecturer and more as a fellow traveler comparing notes.
